Personality any day. I've dated some hot guys that made my friends jealous and some downright homely guys, and I'd choose the homely ones with great personalities ANY DAY. I can't stand guys with bad tempers or huge egos and the good looking ones almost always seem to have both.

As far as girls go, so long as they look after themselves physically and have a pleasant temperament and are reasonably intelligent, then I'm happy.
