damn piece of shit stop reading the games - now they want me to blow another $100 on fucking repair? Add in shipping and I'm better off buying another new XBOX. But that starts off the whole 'piece of shit breaks within a year' cycle again, so maybe I'll just wait for PS3 or something.

In all honesty, the Xbox pretty much kicks ass. It is wasted money though - playing video games won't make you rich, won't get you laid, won't make you famous, won't contribute to your general state of happiness.
The reason people like to win stuff like that is that it gives them an excuse. Plain and simple. Hell, I spent $200 on books today without even giving it a second thought, but I only got an Xbox when my mother gave me one for my birthday
