Here's a little trick I use to find names in my extensive contact list: Just click on any name in your list and then press the key of the first letter of the name you're looking for and it will jump down to each name that starts with that letter each time you press that key. So if you're looking for someone whos name started with T, then just keep pressing the T key and it will jump down to each one. You can use this same technique with dropdowns on webpages as well.
