Krav Maga has my respect as a martial artist. I urge you to find a competant and professional teacher, preferably someone who is ranked in a listing of trainers in a competant source of information. DO NOT take classes in a dojo that teaches cardio kickboxing, TKD or Karate. Preferably your instructor should be from the middle east or at least trained there.

Tony is right, this is life or death, and it is sad when an instructor has a helper who flows into movements so they look good, there has to be some resistance to his movements. I have seen instructors who showed failure of techniques just to be honest with those who were learning and to show how movments must be executed at 100%, slack off or do it half assed and you are dead.
