my advice would be;
1) redesign your site ( hire a reputable / professional designer from the adult industry)
2) start an affiliate program (if you havn't already) and get other webmasters to drive customers to your site, while paying them a commision for any sales made etc..

Bessie, it's rather obvious that you are very serious about what you are doing just by looking at the sample photos posted in this thread. There is no doubt in my mind that you will do well in this business.
A traffic leak is the links on the outside of your tour that will lead potentional members away away from joining your site. Affiliates who wish to send you traffic will shudder when they see your tour. This is more of a fan site than a pay site.
Some of the advice offered here was very solid. Find yourself a good webmaster who knows how to design pay sites (stay away from anyone who works mainstream). For less than a $1k (US) you can have a decent site designed that will make you money hand over foot.

because of all the extras you have there im kind of seeing it as two sites.
One about you and the other for your modelling
You obviously want to show visitors on your site more then just your pretty face. My suggestion would be split it up make the section you want to sell and fill with pics/vids easily accessible for the pervs maybe by using an enter page which would split the two apart.
That way you could still keep your weather/traffic/business stuff on the web without confusing the porno surfers
