Sorry but faxing a copy of your cc and drivers license to me is for the sole purpose of verifying that you are the rightfull owner of the cc. I do not and cannot charge your card, it still has to be charged by you at my processor. In fact I tell guys to black out all but the last 4 of their cc. The reason for this is simple: too many webmasters use stolen credit card lists to buy traffic. I am simply trying to protect my cc processing account. I have like 5 other payment options in addition to cc anyway. Plus I give guys $10 free for faxing their cc and drivers license. I think $10 in free traffic is worth a fax.

Man that's so true. We do our own processing and call to verify every card with the owner. Lot's of times when it's a stolen card, the person we talk to has no idea that their credit card has been stolen.
