C- If prod is low , redo layout
D -test again
E- Try to get prod hits in/hits out arounf 200 percent and up
F- Since your tgp is small now dont flood ads all over the place
G- Trades 10-15 , no more to start you can weed out and replace later.
H- when layout is tweaked buy feeder. Unleash it.
I- watch site grow
J- when feeder stops let site stabilize for a few days , add new trades then buy more feeder

I doubt anybody will share any valuable information on a public board.. otherwise it wouldn't be "valuable" anymore...
Your best bet is to have someone build you your tgp.. for example.. us
