It's a whole huge complex mess that is I feel is attributed mainly to Canada's social programs, and the actions of their government to insure a quality of life for their citizens.
in america i feel alot of times that people become alientated by our government and falling deeply into debt from medicale bills, what have you. and not really seeing a way out.
so basically i feel that canada has less gun deaths than the US because of the structure of their government/society.
look, and i ahte to be racist. but i think that black people are a large part of the problem as well. not the people themselves, but rather the way our government has consistantly botched the handling of their civil rights, thus leading to alot of the problems with ghetto's etc... now.
