    September 8, 2004 (BECKLEY, W.Va.) ? Nichoel Hawks' "Juicy" skirt is a little too much for school officials in Raleigh County, West Virginia.
    Nichoel Hawks' "Juicy" skirt is a little too much for school officials in Raleigh County, West Virginia.

    It's not too short, but too suggestive. The tenth-grader was forced to spend a day in the principal's office after she wore the skirt to class. The skirt has the slogan "It's all about Juicy" along the backside. School district officials say it could lead to sexually harassing comments from other students.

    Nichoel's mother, Jennifer Hawks, notes Juicy is a brand name of an expensive line of clothing. She says officials didn't know about the brand and made a mistake by banning her daughter's skirt.

                                          When I studied at school we had obligatory uniform on physical culture lessons. White T-shirts and blue shorts. After the girls turn 14 the are all were so embarrased at the lessons with such kind of uniform I vote for free style school clothes.

                                                                                                      When I was a senior in HS in 1987 I wore a T-shirt that looked like a "university of whatever" styled shirt but it said "University For The Sexualy Gifted" No one said anything until 7th period( of 8 ) and my dickhead economics teacher who hated me anyways sent me to the principal's office.

                                                                                                      So I go there and ask for the principal and I tell him I was sent there by Mr so-and-so and he asks me WHY? So I point to my shirt and he LAUGHS and says just turn it inside out and go back to class.

                                                                                                      Worst yet before I left for the office this dickhead teacher who couldn't tell a joke in his whole life says my shirt should read "The University For The Sexually Retarded" Boy that got good laughs. Hell, I laughed too.
