    What is average-good-and big time?

    The thread about will the average webmaster be out of business soon kind of made me wonder...

    What would you folks call an average webmaster income in the industry? What would you call a good income in the industry? What would you call a big time income?

    Just wondering what everyone thinks the margins are at.

      Average webmaster monthly income...





      A webmaster making a good income could buy one or two of these...





      Big time webmasters can afford a set of wheels...

              On a more serious note, here's a rough way to break it down. Of course there are lots of exceptions.

              Average webmasters do this as a hobby and have another source of income.

              Good webmasters do this full time.

              Big time webmasters employ a staff to run their sites for them.

                      Small $1,000 - $10,000 / mo

                      Medium $10,000 - $40,000 /mo

                      Large $40,000 - $250,000 /mo

                      Whale $250,000 - $5,000,000 /mo
