I wouldn't think it would bother your lounges.
Your lounge singer is probably used to the smoke and all the guys in leisure suits hanging out in the lounge probably like it.

For your lounges? Depends on what you want your lounges to smell like. Some women dig the macho cigar smell.
For your lungs? Worse than most. Cigars are made of more tobacco that's unfiltered, so the tar is going to be more prevalent in them. Cloves, though, are the worst. I've never known anyone who smokes those (and inhales) who doesn't sound like an old chevy trying to start on a cold morning.
