The situation was pretty complex. I was having problems with the original partner, and started to pursue legal options with my lawyer. Then David came to me man to man and basically said that he would take this problem off my hands, and pay my back my investment. We had a gentleman agreement, and I left it at that. Hindsight is 20/20. At that time, his word was good with me. I obviously know he can afford the $100k out the ashtray in his Volvo.Sig too big
