Effective immediately adultlegal.com is not authorized or permitted to sell or distribute any Red Light District Content. Any sales or licenses agreements after January 30th are void and null and are not authorized by Red Light District.

Will this go retroactively for the licences to RLD stuff purchased prior to this date? Last year they said the same thing, and buddies of mine bought up as many licences in advance even.

I thought RLD had already stopped the sales of such licences. I guess not. My only question is what about people that bought licence to their movies before this date.

If this is a true post (I have no reason to believe it isn't, just covering some hairy ass) then:

Yes, agreements made before today's date are legal, authorized, still in effect, however you want to say it.

Red Light is allowed to determine who their authorized dealers are, and who they are not. All that has happened (it sounds like anyways) is that one authorized dealer, for whatever reason, has now become an unauthorized dealer.

Deals made with an authroized dealer are legitimate, and so, deals made with AdultLegal for Red Light content before today are authorized.

Deals made with an unauthorized dealer are illegitimate, and so, deals made with AdulLegal for Red Light content after today are unauthorized.

Interesting development.

We would certainly like to know if the Red Light District content is going to continue to be made available to webmasters.

If RLD has decided that they are just going to use the content for their own site, fair enough.

But I was ready to purchase quite a few dvds next week an had a list of RLD dvds I wanted licenses for.

Do we hang on for a press release stating where we can order the content from, or do we go buy Elegant Angel DVDs instead?

Quite a few of us would like to know the score. Give us an answer please.

i'm sure you guys all realize that the content was worth more than what you were paying AdultLegal for it.

If Redlight was to make the content available from the source and control its use so it wasn't half as overexposed as it's become its value will be even higher to webmasters.
