Oh man. That is a classic. Obviously their lawyer is just running some script (or using Google or some other service) to find all the domains with the word "stealth" in them.
I would write to the president of the company and tell him he needs new lawyers. Maybe he will be shocked that is paying $300 per hour for legal services of such mickey-mouse quality.
