$500 Design Contest

Hello everyone! I was very happy with the designs you guys did for me previously. Here is another contest

I need a paysite design. Here is what I have so far:

Couple things need to stay: The thumbnails are all set and given. For each movie there is a 306 x 209 thumbnail plus a 466 x 79 film strip of 4 smaller thumbs, as you can see.

Other then that it's very open. If you look at the movie previes, you will see that we hahahahahaded the fucknig europe logo in them, thus PLEASE keep the logo somewhat similar if you are going to redesign the logo.

I don't care for the orange color, or the present layout i have now. But please kee the colors light, i don't want a dark background.

I also have a zip file ready for anyone who asks for it. It contains 40 random photos I took from my content store at shelterX.com. The file is 45 megs, so I don't wanna post it here on GFY, but if you ICQ me for it, I will point you to download it: my ICQ: 125183312 . You can use the photo to put in the design somehow if you chose to, or if you see a particular photo at shelterx.com , I will fetch it for you if you need it very much.

That's it. I hope I didn't forget anything. The winner gets $500 paypal, preferably.

I dont think you will find many designers enter a contest for the prize only $500 for a complete layout design

now for a logo contest I can see it or even a business card but not for a complete layout you would be looking at more like 1k for something like that..

I'm sure some people will enter, I would redo the site for $500 but not in a contest.
That stuff also makes me want to move to europe.

There is still a lot of talented people in this world who value $500 as much as you may value $10,000, trust me. The design business has become parody lately, people want thousands of dollars for something that can be done $100, it's ridiculus. Thank god for GFY , at least here I can find normal people who understand the real value of money.

cheapass - offer up a little for than $500 unless you can't afford it.

i know things have been rough for you so you DO have to watch your pennies

For once I agree with Sleazy, pay a designer the $500 and get the design done. I don't think many will make you a complete site for a contest

ponit well taken. If noone will participate, I will have to pay $1000 to professionals who have team of people doing this stuff all year long. Thought I might try GFY first, as I said, there are still people with talent who aren't that stuck up about mony on this board.
