Mine was a radio controlled airplane site hosted by my ISP back in '95, before anyone had their own websites. I had the #1 spot on altavista.digital.com, which wasn't much traffic at the time.

Here's my first adult site that wasn't on a freehost server, courtesy of Archive.org from 2001.

The design I did back then actually looks better than my newer stuff. haha And that site converted pretty damn good... was getting about 1:60 from ARS at the time.
