One time I had a Verio rep telling me that my host had a terrible reputation and were always down - and that I should switch to Verio.
She continued to belittle my host and to tell me how much better verio was - and never realized that she was telling me how bad my own service was - and never realized it. After I made her whois the domain and then match that with the provider, she apologized. What an idiot.
