At least she is being paid during her time of discomfort. What about me?
I now have to walk with my head held low, unless I do what the guys here are telling me in which case she will just think I'm a sexually crazed freak.
No matter which way you look at it, its not good. I would appreciate any feedback on any damage limitation exercises that will improve this situation
It's really simple. Act as if nothing happened. You act that way and all will be good. You get all uncomfortable and shit and it will makes things worse.
Act confident. Call her into your office and say, "Hey, I'm sorry you had to see that yesterday. I don't want you to think I'm sex crazed or anything but I have to admit getting a new maid as hot as you did crazy things to my mind. I wanted to take care of the problem myself before I said something I shouldn't have."

I was having a quick wank in my office, and she knocked on the door very lightly and then walked straight in.
By the time she had entered the room I was just covering my crotch and attempting to pull up my pants at the same time.
She was clearly embarassed, being her first day too. She just said "ooh sorry" and then walked backwards out of the door. She dealt with it really well.
Thing is, she will be coming everyday to clean my house and tomorrow, I must at some stage look her in the eye.
Life sometimes sucks.
thats pretty hot.. just whack it off in front of her see if she likes to watch.

You did nothing wrong. Masturbation is healthy and normal. You were doing it in the privacy of your office and not in the middle of the kitchen. With that said....you have no reason to be ashamed or feel you have to do "damage control". Look her in the eye, be professional and go about your business. You don't have to justify or explain yourself to any hired help...especially since you did nothing wrong.
Of course it's embarrassing to you. Get over it, look her in the eye, be professional and remember you did nothing wrong. It was a brief uncomfortable situation for both of you. And if she feels uncomfortable with seeing what she did or feels you are a sexual pervert of whatever...she will quit and move on.
macker, unless you wanna get sued for sexual harasment or some other shit, i wouldnt fallow any advise you got in this thread.
she'll probably never bring it up with you, and no need to even bring it up with her it'll make her even more uncomfortable. just play it off like it never happened and you should be good.
and btw, she will tell her female friends about it and thats not exactly a bad thing
You know you were rubb'in one out
because she was there!!!!! Let's not
play here....LOL I happen to think
she has been telling all her friends
about it and now she will want you!!!
