I would build a tgp and buy the scripts I need to help me run it. Damn scripts are expensive but very usefull.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Mind you the very first time you see some traffic you leave the crapola hits and never use them again you just wanted a jumpstart you dont want to burn the battery out meaning you cant trade shit and make a good reputation..
I have used crap traffic to jumpstart a site it wont convert but it can help with word of mouth. As far as trading it webmasters with geo ip will call you out so you had better not trade that but use it to jumpstart then buy some better geo ip targeted traffic try sell from that but stop using it as soon as you see some movement and move it to your next kickstart project. The next step is to buy nieche targeted traffic and start your converting. after your budget has run out you will notice the drop off but you are now starting to convert and are ready to either buy more traffic or to now have some sort of web presence to be a bit more self sufficient.

get hosting $100
buy 2 domains $16
buy 5 tgp gallery layouts $100 (use those layouts for feature gallerys too, ofcourse you need more layouts though.)
buy 7 free site layouts $200 (use 1 layout for every day of the week, then repeat with new content and banners)
buy a good tgp design with thumbs preview $250
buy traffic to the tgp for $200
use a free trade script for now on the tgp......
pay someone to do a good looking avs tour, $50
advertise that tour on the tgp gallerys and free sites.
also buy a submit pass to easypic for the gallerys, $100
apply for a few partbner acounts at tgp's........and get it rocking!!!!
