    ShagCity.com for sale.. make offer!

    I want to sell this by tomorrow. Monday morning at the latest.
    Paypal OK. I'm assuming it's OK to post this because I've seen a
    couple of other domain names up for sale on here. Slap me if I'm wrong.

    If you're not interested but know the market, tell me what you think it's worth.

    (Traffic is negligible so far; traffic went from 108 hits in Dec. to 280 hits in January ... so far. No, that's not per day.

    The logo can go with it; the logo design is mine The TGP runs on phpMyTGP (freeware). The bulletin board and its template are also freeware (except for my logo, of course)

      Please, Can someone give me some idea of the value of this site, or have I left out some vital information?

      If the price is right, I'll throw in a redesign.. and for a small fee, I'll even maintain and update the TGP. If you decide to keep it a TGP.

                      What are you asking?

                      The site has no traffic, the scripts are free, there is nothing special about the domain...

                      Anyone could duplicate that site for the price of a domain registration, an hour or so, and a couple of text links on some existing sites.

                      Try ebay maybe?

                          I was HOPING for $500 at least. I've got some bills that urgently need paying.

                          However, I seem to have been overly optimistic. I hope you'll all understand that I'm completely ignorant about this subject. I'm not trying to rip anyone off. I think it's a pretty groovy name and was hoping someone with the know-how to develop it properly would think so as well.

                          I've put a lot of work into the site.. but most of the work was learning how to use the newer graphics programs, learning to install scripts, coding the pages, debugging, blah blah... not much of it can be transferred to the new owner, unless they choose to keep it on the same host.

                          If it's not worth at least $500 to someone else, I'll keep it.. because it's worth that much to me.

                                      The name is cool, yes, but not $500 cool. Traffic is worth money. PR is worth money. Some people like to pick up sites that have licensed versions of popular scripts.

                                      No offense, but the site doesn't look like $50 of work was put into, let alone $500. I see a list of text links and one photoshop plugin-generated logo...
