Text, layout, functionality... all stolen... plus he stole the little yellow guy from AOL for his logo, Verotel closed his account within 24 hours (they don't do that if there's not 100% proof), he lost his domain due to false whois info, etc... really honest guy...

Good luck... and as I said many times before... I don't mind competition and I never said anything bad about RevStats and StatTool because they have unique products and they didn't feel the need to steal somebody else's hard work.
