People charge for the results that they expext to have delivered. People pay for the results that they expect. Anyone offering premium delivery/product/support at an el-cheapo price is lying to you. Anyone offering premium delivery/product/support at a premium price and doesn't deliver premium results has lied to you.
Find someone you believe you can trust, set a price point, and expect delivery of the product according to that price point. You pay cheap, you better expect to get cheap results. You pay premium, you better expect to get premium results.
