You exaggerate. His first soft was only his work (code). He stole texts from your page.
But code was only his work!!! It is important!!! He is very good programmer but not good manager. ... IT IS HISTORY!
BTW...Now I am thinking that my company can produce some stats software too:-) I am honest maybe you'll let my soft alone...
