We get it from our tgp sites which we build up our selves. We just happen to be very good at it and have shit loads o traffic!

There are a lot of ways. SE's, TGP's, Free sites, spam, knowing where to buy advertising for cheaper than its worth, brokering traffic, etc, etc, etc.

So I suppose you've never seen the Yellow Pages, Newspapers, Magazines, Billboards, Radio or Television? These are all media that sends "traffic" to businesses. Online works exactly the same way, but with links, banners, entrance and exit consoles, and 404 redirects instead.
