Anyone ever get a C&D from Endemol?

We REVIEWED a flick they made called 'Rear Factor'. We didn't produce it, we're not even selling it (just affiliates sales), and they still sent the C&D.

We took the reviews (or any mention of the vid) down over a year ago..but they just sent another today.

Anyone else see this kind of action from this co?

Endemol is a Dutch Television company. Not sure if they also operate in USA but it seems like they do.

Yeah, I think this is someone who just got bored and wanted to stick his thumb in my eyes.

Endemol is a Dutch company, but they do have a US branch that produces 'Fear Factor'

I guess I'll have my lawyer send him a "You don't know your ass from a hole in the ground" letter... in legal terms, that is.
