before you do anything educate yourself on the actual legality of your idea (local laws etc), and if possible secure a good attorney. copyright your work!

sometimes you can get good serious answears here, but this board is a hard one to learn how to get passed all the assholes it takes a little time.... if you want some good resources for a beginning webmaster do your homework, there a lot of webmaster resource boards out and ready to help you, I would look at www.ynotmasters.com
and read, then come back here with your question list, and pen in hand then you can decifer things a little better...
this is the biggest, and funnest board by far, in my opinion, but it is unique, and not real helpful to new people...
since you said you have money, I now expect my $100.00 consultation fee, once you have figured out I just gave you some good advice....
Or did you want someone to set up your business model for you, and explain all the early pitfalls to you, get you to the point you are a millionaire, and then tell them hey thanks a lot man, "you are a real cool guy... but it was all my idea that made the money " so have a good day? in wich case, just ask a whole lot of questions here, and you will get the answears you need...Got any domains to sell?
