Spam is basically blanketing as many people as possible with products/services irrespective of whether or not they are relevant to those being targeted.

Although our sales reps do repeatedly offer services to board members, I think you?ll find that this occurs in threads that are relevant in terms of the services we're offering and therefore can't be labeled as blatant SPAM.
