                  Why waste valuable time and the effort because some asshole says shit about you on a message board?Unless it damages your business reputation,most lawyers would probably say your wasting your time.

                      To use that in court, you must prove that the actions of the other person caused you loose business, face as a company in the business community, and or a bunch of other things.

                      At least I know that is how it works in Florida.
