I talked about a site with bookmarkers. It's not an issue of time, but of exposure. 89.com set a new model if you ask me.
From the seller's point of you if an established site makes you X amount of money you don't look to sell it for a couple of month's profits. That's obvious. From the buyer's point of you it's more cost effective to create a site from scratch if you have the advertising money than purchase an established one at the requested (extremely high) prices.
