but forget the $900/month for oversea employees while Dell pays them $200-220/month. I can get a master degree holder with such money in several european countries.

You won't find any others here.

Just check russian or filipino boards if you understand the language and offer jobs.I know a russian guy who works as a programmer for several years and gets ~230$ per month at a local company and said that's a quite good payment in his area.
