Honestly for 100k you won't be able to buy anything in the Sextracker top 25. Everyone is asking big bucks, the top 10 sites are selling minimum 500k up to 2 million.
I know someone that was offered 1.5 million for their sites recently and turned it down.
Good TGP's with a solid bookmarker base and solid trades costs big bucks!
