    For only the 2nd time in histopry i actually agree with Labret
    cut out sugar and carbs - its' the only way to go - I've lost 2 sizes since I staryted on my diet - but I do a lot of workouts and I take a lot of protein and creatine and supps of all shapes and sizes

                                I thought it was rude when you previously posted it but since the thread is all on good fun, I let it go without taking you back to school. Your manly voice is not what scared me on that call. It was Lensman's constant sexual advances that have me concerned. Being a female, you are safe from this sort of treatment but I must say that I am concerned for the 2 straight men in your office. (I will let the board ponder which 2 )
