, i'm about 218-220 pounds. I've been into bodybuilding from the age of 14 or so. Labret, i want to avoid weights this period because whenever i combined diet and weights i end up gaining than loosing. That is happening because i'm used to heavy weights and when i'll go to gym i'm gonna do the regular program and the organism will require more proteins and carbons having as result to get plenty k of calories/day. In the past i didn't faced any serious starving problem. I get a daily x quantity of dymetadryn x-treme which is ephedrine combined with caffein and some other things. It gives me LOT of energy and burns fat. I'll follow your advise to extend the period of time to 2 months and increase the # of cals. For sure it's more healthy and the correct way to go. It's just I get paranoid having these extra pounds.... I cant say steroids are illegal here since you can go to a pharmachy and get all the equipment hehe. I try to stay away from them, although I know there's a false judgement about a lot of things surrounding steroids. I can say i was "born" in a gym where pro bbuilders train and I've seen all the sides. Unless someone is facing organic problems, some cycles won't hurt him while a strong drunk in rare cases can kill him. Of course this is not valid when it comes to heavy pro bbuilders where their bodies are small chemical factories with an expection life lower than sixty. Current Mr Olympia competitors? I can say lower than 55 y.old. Salads, chicken and tuna are my daily vocabulary now lol
