I agree with everything [Labret] said, but stay away from steroids unless you're going into competition bodybuilding ~ not something to be taken lightly. Androstene and all anabolics have dangerous side effects.

Try an egg white omelet for breakfast (about three eggs), with a slice of nonfat cheese, and nonfat turkey slice in the middle. Lunch, 1/2 can of tuna, nonfat cheese slice melted over, steamed vegi side. Dinner, fatfree chicken breast (about 5 oz), with vegies. You should have about three snacks in between, 2 vegis and 1 protein shake. Then do a shake 20 minutes after your workout. Sound good? If you're a snacker like me you'll want to always have some carrot sticks or broccoli handy.
