if i can end up with 500cals/day believe me i'm gonna do it. Today i got less than 1000cals I think. I ran for 45min without any problem in the noon. I receive some good amounts of vitamins and other stuff. My goal is to loose 20pounds in about a month. For some of you might sound a lot, but for me it sounds possible. My main problem is that i dont know if i should stay away from weights or not this period.
