If you're asking if you're legally okay using copyrighted background music without licensing, no. If you're really asking if you'll get in trouble for it, nobody can answer that. Definitely you *could*, whether you will is another question.

Personally I'd remix the whole trailer with licensed music. The music that's there isn't that good, it gets chopped every few seconds when the scene changes, and when you get to the sex it's practically silent, which is very boring. Get a good beat going through the whole thing, and intermix the dancing/party scenes with the boring lesbo scene with some quick chops, so it will seem like the boring lesbo stuff is more exciting and is related to the party.

I'm no lawyer, so I don't know. But nice content, I hope it does well for ya!

From a purely "i don't really know shit" point of view .... you're not making money off of the music, it is just an unfortunate side-effect of filming porn at a party, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Besides, rappers love porn, and it's mostly rap/hiphop in the background, right?

You can buy licence free music, if effect you are buying the licence by buying the CD. A lot of radio stations use this for music under ads etc....

There's all sorts of CD's available if you search the net, you can even get soundalikes, if you want a remixed dance tune to sound like somthing that's around at the moment..

i know that, im not looking for a review on the trailer, i just started to edit it 20 minutes ago and figured i woudl ask opinions about the background music, but thanks for the feedback
