            Too much duality on so much in this biz. Too many handshake deals so its hard to know for sure the truth of the matter on who did or didn't deliver on the deal.

            I can't imagine a guy in your league Brad and knowing how slimy some people are in this biz, doing major deals on a handshake.
            Not to knock you, but that is just doing business the wrong way.

            Even with people I trust and consider family, I still do long ass contracts covering every detail so both parties have recourse if someone drops the ball. And that way if someone fucks you over at least you have a much clearer way to document it for others to see.
