Donnie, you want an Illustrator file (.ai). You can do anything with that file. That way if you go to print it will be vector based and you can make it big enough. It would even look good on the side of a blimp someday. PSD file has limitations.

here's my 3rd entry. adding some more details on the logo.
the two arrows represents that when you signup.. you'll make cash and for you to make cash you have to sign up. make sense? i made it as simple yet striking as possible.
