    Remember those $2.50 Domain guys?

    Doing my usual trawl through the expired lists, found one domain I had to snag right away for future use.

    Perfect opportunity to try the site that was offering $2.50 per year on dot coms, right?

    I should've learnt by now - you pay peanuts, you get monkies.

    Order form went through, telling my I'd be emailed when my order was processed. Err, okay.

    Nothing in email. Jump on their support chat and get talking to "Chris" who informs me that my order was never received by their system.

    Right at the moment the email arrives saying I will receive an email once my order has been processed. Fine, except "Chris" flatly denies that I have any form of order in their system.

    After 20 minutes of insisting I have the email in my inbox (the one he said to forward him) and that I still don't have my domain, he closes the chat session with

    "We will email you"

    Asshats!

      I once found this lady selling a brand new Viper for $5.00. All I had was a $10 bill so I went to the bank to get change. By the time I got back she had already sold it.

                      Ah well. Registered the domain with my usual registrar anyway.

                                              Sounds bad

                                              Thankfully they never got my CVV number, so I'm not sure exactly if they can even try to charge me.
