hmmm, not sure if Brad is one unlucky son of a bitch or I've just been real lucky in 5 years in this biz. We did 800k in biz last year and never have had a problem with $$$ with any of our customers.
Do what you promise, get it to the customer before they want, and they will pay...works for me
