BradShaw, you say he has millions. Here is my advice if you do not get your money by posting here or outing the guy. You sue him for his ASS. $100k, lawyers fees, compensatory damages. If he in fact has many millions, he may be inclined to pay you your 100k if you sue him for everything he's got.Comment

I'm sure you'll get your money if they're that big of a player. After making that $17k bad deal public for almost a whole year, a big player like this won't want to be next.
So, just curious, you said it was a business deal. Is it a program you sent your mail traffic to? Or did you say it has nothing to do with mailing at all?
Here's what I think. I think sending someone out there is usually a good scare tactic, but I wouldn't bother if it's that big of a player with that much money. If I were Brad, I'd start my own radio show like JMM did. Start mother fucking the hell out of this person and tell the full story. You'd have tons of people tune in, you could probably recoup some money in ad spots right away.
Maybe do an article in AVNOnline? I'm assuming it's a big advertiser in that mag, so it probably wouldn't happen, but you never know.
Then make a banned button, and pay people to use it in their sig? Take their name or logo and put that red circle with that line through it over their image. You'd get the message out fast and business would hurt them pretty good. And it's all above the belt.

A lawsuit can grease the wheels of justice. You can't rule out a lawsuit. Especially in a case like this where the offender has much to lose. If he knows he rightly owes the money, it's hard to chance losing EVERYTHING over a small amount. He will likely settle at paying what he owes plus lawyers and processing.Comment

For the most part and to a limited extent, verbal contracts are just as valid as a written contract. I digress on that point. As for him being slick and hiding his money, this does indeed present a huge problem. But, you can make his financial life miserable. If you were to win a claim against him, he will be unable to open accounts in the US, make transactions, investments, get paid from US companies,get credit, puchase property or large ticket goods. His financial life in the US will be frozen. His only option would be some type of bankruptcy in the US courts, which I'm not sure is an option to non-citizens. I was a 50/50 partner in a project, xpass.com. I was the $ guy, other partner was doing the nuts and bolts. Project was very late and not up to par, so I pulled funding in an attempt to gain more input into the product.
