I feel very unhealthy, I am out of breath, I can barely walk around my house without loosing my breath Well, this is due to my weight as well, but that is next on my list of changing my lifestyle.
I have tried quitting before to no avail, mainly because I have been smoking for years now, and it is a habit to be on the computer smoking, pick up the phone - pick up a smoke, etc..
Anyone here have any advice/success stories?
I appreciate all comments, suggestions. Thanks

best way to quit smoking is, hittup the gym... lose the weight first.. then you'll relise that you cant smoke and go to the gym after smoking.. so you'll stop smoking... start eating healthier.. or just not your normal eatin patterns. ie. if you normally have a smoke after you have a burger.. dont eat burgers and then you wont associate the food you eat with smoking....
thats what i did...and it worked for me... I smoked 3-4 packs a week for 3years... i havnt had a weight problem(im 6'3'', use to be 220lb.. now i'm just over 200lb) but I was out of shape and always out of breathe.
when ever you feel like a cig, take a deep breath and relise how much bigger your lung capacity it is... its always enough to stop me from the cravings.
