        OK , I am here to be counted, not as part of any group, they can speak for themselfes. I did not want to get involved in bad mouthing him because I have been paid !(well mostly still outstanding NSF charges) I had the same problem with Jeff everytime I have dealt with him. The Lies, the cheques sent, the never arriving wires with the phony tracking #'s .I had Given him chances so he can get his program off the ground, then had to chase him because he did not adhere to the time frame agreed. The only reason I had gotten paid is because I treathened to go public with the story. Jeff has purchased advertisements on my sites, these are paid for and will not be removed.

            I have taken the time to get to know Jeff, and I have offered him advice on some of this past issues to help him get on the right track. I'm nice to everyone. Sorry, its my nature.

            Jeff also owes a few of my friends money, and I'm trying to be patient about it. I'm positive it will be resolved without drama on a message board. For the record, I don't believe in kicking a man while he's down.

                I agree with you on the bad mouthing part. I never threatened him with to go public, as I thought this may lead to him never paying her. I tried to act reasonalbe and proffesional this whole time. The final straw for me was today when I called him FROM THE BANK LOBBY IN FRONT OF THE TELLER and told him I was tired of the BS he told me to "fuck off!" This was the 2nd time I was at the bank, and AFTER he told us there was a $7.00 difference in his account. Between the first and second visit to the bank I had to go to my bank to withdrawl cash to put into his to try the check again (I rarely carry cash on me). I was prepared to go up to $100.00 deposit if I had to, but again, the teller said that STILL was not enough.

                Thank you for posting man, I know it may have been a hard decision to come out with your problem with Jeff. We appreciate it very much.

                            I'm not kicking him while he is down. If I wanted to do that, I would have started this thread the day after we got back from Vegas. Steve you don't need the money, and were not repeatedly promised you would have it over and over......Arika was told all of this and more.

                            We have stood by while EVERYONE else has gottenpadi (and deservidly so). I had no problem with him paying those he owed more money to and for a linger period of time before he paid Arika. My problem is that he put her off because he knew he could, then he wrote a bad check. That's not kicking him while he's down, it's getting pushed aside, put off, the screwed.

                            And for the record, I don't think they were refering to you.

                                        If he owes your girl money, then by all means it should be paid immediately. I have told Jeff to pay every bill the day he gets it. I wasn't criticizing you for posting your issues with Jeff. I was mearly commenting on why I haven't said much about Jeff's recent problems.

                                            Arika says "Thank You". And I agree, although I have never pesronally met him, I too think Steve is a gentleman and a good business man. I passed him and a lovely lady he had with him. I could tell by the way he carried himself he was very confident and proffesional. I wanted to approach him to introduce myself, but I was not sure who he was he with. Maybe I'll get the chance in Florida this year.
