    Why CEcash doesnt allow Argentina?

    Im just wondering...
    Why they dont accept webmasters from Argentina?
    And not only this one, I found more sponsors than doesnt make payouts to that country..

                      cecash also closes accounts for sending them mad traffic..
                      Not 1 place in the terms did it say no Paris Hilton Traffic, but after X ammount, the account got closed.. skip them and use a diff sponser

                                  I thought it happened before that. Wasn't it because they presumed that if Argentina's star player had to use his hand to score in the world cup finals and claim it was 'an act of god', then the rest of the country wouldn't think twice about ripping off a sponsor?

                                  Or it could be that some sponsors have relatives living on the Falklands?

                                                  That was because we had an incredibly high amount of webmaster fraud from that area. The reason you see it at other places is 1) they experienced the same fraud we did, or 2) they copied the terms and conditions I wrote for CE as many others have.
