I wouldn't doubt it. Tyson is an inarticulate bafoon and it's easy to take advantage of him. He wouldn't be able to defend himself if his life depended on it. He's not the brightest light out there which is why he's broke today.

Based upon her own words...I have always thought that Tyson was not guilty of rape...as I define rape...and for the ladies that may post in this thread...saying no is not enough to constitute rape...in my opinion. In the Tyson case...she went to his room in the wee hours of the morning...admits that she did not cry out for help...admits that he did not use force...admits that he did not threaten to harm her...admits that she removed her own clothing...admits that she got on top of him.

most of the evidence in the case always pointed to innocense. Tyson's defense was handled incompetently by an atty without a lot of criminal trial experience who made his name in other areas of the law.

She claims that she told him no...but was afraid of him thus when he became persistent she had sex with him...to avoid the possibility that he might harm her.
