                                                                  Man, the coffee debates will rage for years to come. Studies come out showing benefits, and then studies come out showing dangers. I remember a study linking it to pancreatic cancer many years ago, but that proved to be bogus. It does raise your BP (temporarily), dehydrates and is addicting as hell. I hate the high/low cycle I get when I'm drinking too much.

                                                                                                      I've been trying to drink Yerba Mate as a replacement, and although it makes you feel awake and refreshed, it doesn't have that kick.
