Yea - well..... my version of Atkins. Basically just cutting back on the carbs. I'm not a fatty but I was carrying around 15-20 lbs too much. Started cutting back on the "bad" carbs this past summer and dropped 20 lbs - it just melted off of me in not time. I enjoy a few bad carbs items here and there but for the most part - keep the carbs in check.Originally posted by jasonir

a friend of mine just came back from a visit to the states...he came up to me all proud and told me he had this weird fod - tater-tots (said with a real london accent) and did i know if he could them over here. I never imagined I would be talking about tater tots as if they were an exotic food.Comment
