It seems there is no legal way in the United States to prove online that you are a "legal adult". Hence, yes porn too . but also if you wanted to see the truth about terrorist activities it would not be legally possible because of the reversal that a credit card is not enough to prove that you are legally an adult online.
What has happened is that all Adult Online Verfications Services have disappeared.
Adults have a right to reasonable access to the information age.
It is unreasonable to not allow this to occur online.
