          The USA is a huge country so it's possible it will burst in some places but continue to grow in others. Therefore it will never burst.

              Real estate never "bursts" unless there is some other sort of other dramatic economic problem. In Japan, the real estate bubble has been slowly deflating over the last 15 years.
