I was a mailing for an affiliate for quite some time. It sounds like you've put a lot of work into this. If someone is using a closed loop system and still can't get in which is happening more and more and if you are not in the USA then I think this is a great option.
BTW, if your mailing direct and haven't put yourself on AOL's whitelist and the surfers don't abuse your surfers and you watch how you setup your creatives and fields, you will get in.
For those who aren't mailing closed loop, they always have a way.

I've been there myself so I completely understand. You have to do trial and error with everything and be aware of all the details and changes.
Sounds good, whats the difference between your software and something like Stealthmail or others than the ability to send direct mail.
If you don't have reverseDNS setup that will likely put a major score against you and put you in the bulk filter or instantly minimize your flexibility with your creative. Most of those ISP's will put you in the the bulk filter or block you immediately upon recognizing that it came from a proxy. Which makes sense.
Just curious. I'm sure you have a workaround. There always is.

Hotmail and many others are using this type of content filtering and not IP blocking. Although they will block IP's if enough complaints are made via the Hotmail interface on specific IP's.

Sometiems there is no difference, they both mail the same!
